Extended returns period
For all orders placed by 19th December 2022, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days from the receipt of the package.
For all orders placed after 19th December, the normal return conditions apply.
Right to Withdraw
Paul&Shark places great importance on customer satisfaction, regarding purchase experience as well as the quality of the products received.
Should customers not be satisfied of the products received -- this includes size issues -- customers can return the product within 14 days from the day they received the package.
We remind you that right of withdrawal concerns customers only, therefore excluding anyone who may have received a gift from claiming right of withdrawal.

Clients who wish to return a product can do so on our dedicated page, at the following address: https://returns.eshopworld.com/pau/Index Visit the page, insert your order number and email used to purchase the product
Clients will be able to choose what products they want to return, and provide a reason for returning them.
Once the process is completed, the customer will receive an email with a label, to be printed and placed on the package in order to send the return package. Clients can find the nearest DHL Service Point at https://locator.dhl.com/. The package must be returned at DHL Service Point with the correct label.
After we processed your return, we will send you an email, notifying you that we have received your package, and you will receive a refund within 30 days.
It is not possible to return products you ordered online in a Paul&Shark store, as it is not possible to return any products bought in stores by shipping them back.
How to return items

To file a return request, all you will need will be your email address -- with which you placed your order -- and the order number. You will have to specify what item(s) you want to return, and to provide better service in the future, we will ask you why you want to return this/these item(s).
Once you completed the procedure, you will receive an email with a label, to be printed and placed on the package in order to send the return package.
Notice: we remind you that you must return your item(s) with its original packaging, so be careful when you open the package. If the packaging was damaged, you will be able to use packaging equivalent in size and texture.
When you return an item, this cannot have been in any way neither used nor damaged; moreover, return procedures must be followed exactly, in order to return item(s) successfully. If all these conditions are satisfied, Paul&Shark will proceed to refund your returned item(s).
Refund methods
After Paul&Shark’s warehouse receives the returned item, this will be checked, and when it has been verified that all product characteristics and return policies have been respected, we will send you an email, confirming that we accepted your request to return the item.
Refunds will be made by Paul&Shark by re-crediting the amount to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
If the purchase has been made by credit or debit card, the time necessary for the refund to be visualised depends on the card issuer.
