You can choose your delivery method (standard or express) depending on your needs. Paul&Shark only delivers to private addresses.
Anytime you place an order through our Website, www.paulandshark.com we will review your order. This can take a maximum of 48 working hours.
After shipping has been approved, the order is prepared and shipped to the address you provided. After this, you will receive an email including your shipment’s tracking number. This code will allow you to monitor your shipping in real time.
Once the order is registered and confirmed, it is not possible to change email or shipping methods.
Shipping costs and times
Time necessary to deliver an order is calculated starting from reception of the Shipping Confirmation email. The time frame depends on the country the order was placed in, on the shipping method chosen (standard or express), and by the order having to go through customs or not. Shipping takes, therefore, between 2 and 10 working days, from the time the Shipping Confirmation is sent out.
If the order is made during Sales or holidays, shipping might take longer: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December.

How to track your order
Your order will be sent to the address provided during the purchase (Notice: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) Delivery times are Monday to Friday, except for holidays, during regular worktimes (8.30-18.00). Should the Courier find nobody at the address provided, the Courier will leave a notice after each try to deliver. The number of times the Courier will try to deliver can change depending on the country. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to Paul&Shark’s warehouse. It is always possible for Customers to track where a shipment is by using the code they received per email.
