PAUL & SHARK'S UPCYCLING CHRISTMAS WINDOWS 

Protect and care for the environment, give new life to items, create something new out of what embodies a story, so that everything gains new light while respecting the elements and nature.

This is Paul & Shark’s Christmas theme: sustainability as a choice, in a continuous tale of consistency. The brand's shop windows will be decorated with elements made from recycled materials, second life plastic and aluminium and plywood MDF, with water-based paint without chemical fixatives, a feature that allows the elements to be re-painted and thus find new life. The Christmas theme, which features classic details from the world of sailing reinterpreted, is composed of elements with an unusual narrative. At the centre of the visual concept is a gold-coloured bollard that can be reused as a lamp, a recycled cotton rope that forms the 'skeleton' of a Christmas tree, and recycled nylon decorations with infinite regeneration potential that the brand also uses for its garments. Paul & Shark therefore continues its commitment in line with its mission of responsibility towards the environment, a commitment that has enabled the company to obtain recognitions such as ISO 14001 certification, the most advanced standard certifying at international level the criteria for effective management of resources in respect of the environment, which legitimises Paul & Shark in terms of motivation, credibility and commitment to sustainability initiatives, as well as certification as a plastic-free company.
