Chalet take over 

We are in the heart of the Dolomites and, in the city that will host the 2026 Olympic Winter Games, everything dresses up like sharks. The 2023-24 winter season sees Cortina transform into an exclusive micro-world signed by Paul & Shark. The essence of the project is the customization of the chalet Scoiattoli, a historic refuge with a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The brand is everywhere, including a ski mask-shaped installation on the panoramic terrace, where one can enjoy the sunset over the Dolomites. The Scoiattoli refuge becomes the winter home of Paul & Shark and enables guests to enjoy the brand's outdoor elegance and experience sophistication and performance.  

The historic Ski Club of the city is the other partner on the territory: while the Scoiattoli refuge embodies the values of elegance and refinement that distinguish Paul & Shark, the collaboration with the Ski Club Cortina highlights the high performance of its garments. Helmets in collaboration with Atomic, masks, and sweatshirts dressed in sharks will accompany athletes during the winter season 2023-24, bringing to the ski slopes the iconic symbol of Paul & Shark, born from the passion for water in all its forms. 

For the official launch of “Paul & Shark takes Cortina”, some friends of the brand are present to kick off the season: the sportsman and influencer Goffredo Cerza, the digital creators Simone Pollastri, Dani Gallo and Flavio Valabrega, the actors Alessio Lapice, Alvise Rigo and Madior Fall, the models Federico Cola and Umberto Manca and the influencer Ignazio Moser.  

Together with them, we spend three days outdoors, inaugurating the takeover of refuge Scoiattoli with an après-ski event that was studied in detail. Greeted by the sunset, the Paul & Shark image also reaches the highest point of the Cinque Torri peaks through an exclusive and evocative projection of the iconic shark, visible from the terrace of the chalet. 

The next day, in the company of a local mountain guide, the group goes down the slopes with ski and snowboard, to reach, in the evening, the prestigious boutique of Paul & Shark in the heart of Cortina: during the Cortina Fashion Week, the brand hosts an exclusive event with cocktails and DJ sets. 

A journey that evokes an outdoor world within the city of Cortina, the location carefully selected - and covered in sharks - as the brand's chic and exclusive home for winter 2023-24.
